Keith Kost, STEER’s Executive Director, has announced his retirement as of the

end of October, 2024. We are asking your help in any way possible by praying and

promoting this need in your churches and areas of influence. This is a full-time

executive position with salary and benefits package. The person God provides will

be in charge of leading STEER, Inc. into the future.

Director of Operations

STEER, Inc., a non-profit Evangelical Christian Mission Organization with an Agricultural emphasis, has created a new Director of Operations position. This is a full time position with a salary and benefit package. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or have  experience in business, agriculture, or non-profit ministry. Applicants should have strong organizational and administration skills as well as be able to work well with others. They will also be responsible to enhance the ministry of STEER, Inc. through strong communication skills and leadership qualities as they oversee the day to day operations of the ministry.
